Hi,
There's no document-specific settings on layout. Sorry.
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
I am only trying to double space one file at a time. Is there a
way to just save these settings for a single document? I just
tried your steps and sent a sample file to someone, and they said
it was still single spaced. So, not sure if I'm doing something
wrong.
Thanks!

Hi,
To double space documents, you'll need to tell KeySoft to apply
new format settings from now on. From ink-print layout, after
selecting double space, press ENTER, then press BACKSPACE with S.
Exit, confirm changes (if asked) and save the braille document as
a Microsoft Word file. The new file will be double spaced.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Double Spacing and Dropbox
Hi All,
I am having trouble double spacing documents on my Apex, running
9.2. I have tried to double space both KeyWord and MicroSoft
Word files for assignments, but when I send in my document, it
appears to be single spaced. I have tried going to the format
menu from KeyWord, then l for Layout, then selecting double for
the line spacing. When that didn't work, I did the same thing
under Ink Print settings in the Format Menu. Finally, I tried
selecting the entire document in the block commands menu, then
double spacing from there. (This is happening on all files, not
just one.)
Any other suggestions?
Also, on a different topic, my TVI has had me set up a Dropbox
account online. I can access Dropbox on the BN by going to the
mobile site, logging in, and downloading files that have been
stored in my account. But I am not sure how to upload, remove,
or share files onto Dropbox from the Apex. Is this even
possible, or does this have to be done from a PC?
Thank you for any help!
