Good Day: 

  While the braille display will not actually move as the BrailleNote talks, 
the cursor will. If, then, you are reading a large book, report or something 
with speech, and you press the backspace and enter keys together, the braille 
display will show you the line you were just reading, and you can use standard 
thumb key commands from that point. Is that the functionality you were seeking?
