If you are moving around the iPhone and hear "dimmed", or see the
letters "dmd" on the braille display after the name of a control, this
means that the control is not available. For instance, if you open a
new tab in Sfari, the "back" button will be dimmed, because there is
no previous webpage to go back to, so iOS will make the back button
unavailable.
