Hi jessica, I would say no. I haven't heard of anyone trying but I would think it would need some drivers on the Braillenote to work. I don't think it is something Humanware has considered since allot of blind people don't use a mouse. The mouse probably would come with drivers but you can't load these onto the Braillenote without humanware releasing the Keysoft code which at the moment I don't think that will come anytime soon.
