Are you talking about the Oxford dictionary or the spelling checker dictionary? If the Oxford dictionary, I don't think you can add words to the dictionary; if the spelling checker dictionary, you can.

Hello list,
We had this handy commaand for the dictionary a few versions ago
in keySoft where you could add a word to the dictionary.  I
haven't seen it since version 8.  (I believe that is where it
was, but I'm not suffe.)
As a writer this is a most wonderful tool.  I would like to see
it again, if it isn't still in the software somewhere now.  If it
is, could someone tell me where please?
