The apex cannot handle bluetooth file transfers at this time. This was one of those "the apex has the potential to do it" things hw said we would be seeing as time went on, but it never came aout. Sorry, and please email [email protected] to ask them to add this, especially as the apex has everything in place already except the keysoft component.
