Hi. Sometimes I will be in the middle of writing a document in
keyword or surfing the web and the bn will come up with a message
that goes something like this. The application keysoft.exe has
encountered a serious error and must shut down. Then it does just
that. It shuts down and the only way to turn it back on is to
reset the unit. What is going on here?
