BTW, I won't be on Skype this weekend, as I'm at the Maryland
All-State Chorus concert weekend all this weekend up here in
Hagerstown. I'm writing this email from our hotel. We haven't
sung together as a choir until now, which is why we have a whole
weekend full of 3-hour rehearsals, or as I called it on Facebook
last night, "singing bootcamp." Some awesome talent here!! We
just had a rockin' impromptu jam session with a group of us just
singing stuff and playing instruments! We had me on the piano,
some percussion, even a ukulele! It was awesome! In fact, I
think
you'd enjoy it, so I might send the recording of it to you when
I
get home if you want it. We've got a lot of really amazing
voices here in the MD All-State Choir, and I'm proud to be in a
choir with these people! Talk to you soon!
