I think that what ever company or place you are sending it to be fixed will give you one to use until they are done with yours. That is what I think but I could be wrong. It wouldn't hurt to ask them.

Subject: [Braillenote] OT: borrowing a Braillenote

Hello everyone,
I have a BrailleNote Apex that I am going to be sending in to
have cleaned and to upgrade to KS 9.2. Would anyone have a
braillenote to lend until I get mine back, or know of any
organizations that loan out such equipment?
Any help would be grately appreciated.
Thanks,
Amy
