Hi,
You need to initiate the pairing process from the iPhone's end: on both devices, tell them to forget each other (on the Apex, select the iPhone, then select "remove pairing"; on the iPhone, select "More Info" then choose "Forget".). Also, the name of the Apex must match the string that the iPhone is looking for - use APEXnnnnnn where six n's are the last six digits of the serial number.
Then:
1. On the Apex, go to Terminal Mode. Select Bluetooth for terminal port. 2. On the iPhone, turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on. Then instead of searching for devices, go to Settings/General/Accessibility/VoiceOver/Braille. 3. Then select your Apex. A pairing screen will appear. Type 0000, then tap (double-tap) Pair button (top right). Then if it goes webbl, the contents of the screen will be displayed in braille.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Connecting to iPhone via bluetooth

Hi,
What€셲 an easy way to connect the Apex to the iPhone?
The iPhone says Apex not connected and the Apex says that the iPhone is paired and displays a list of services. Which ones should I activate. When I activated all of them, double tapping on the iPhone brings the cannot connect message and to make sure that they are in range and turned on.
Thanks.

Dmitriy
