Jim and others,
I use Atlantic broadband as my Internet provider, and I have been unable to
send email for quite a while. I was able to send, and then all of a sudden
I was not. I changed nothing. I've talked to them on a few occasions, but
due to a heavy schedule right now, pursuing it more is having to be put on
the back burner. I will not give up. Right now when I need to send
something from my Apex, I use my gmail account. That works fine.

Subject: [Braillenote] Still unable to send email on Apex
OK folks, I can’t be the only person on the BrailleNote list who is
experiencing this issue with AT&T and maybe even other email providers where
we can receive email but can not send or reply to email. If all you have is
an Apex and can’t send emails complaining about not being able to send
email, then get on the phone and call your Email provider, ISP, or even
HumanWare to help figure this out. So far, I have gotten no where though I
have gotten the attention of AT&T tier two support who have been in regular
correspondance with me this past week. As far as HumanWare, well, even
though they have sent nice automatic emails with case numbers attached, that’s
as far as it has gone with HW. Hopefully they have, or will contact AT&T
tier two support to maybe???? provide some assistance like giving them some
technical information about the Apex email program. Still hoping for
success with this problem without having to change to gmail.
