Hi Will,
To send a tweet to a spesific person, you would mention that
person. On your Twitter home page, hit space with 4-6 to get to
the form field. First, type in the at sign and then the person
you want to mention's Twitter ID. After that, type in your tweet
and click the tweet button. To send a DM, click on the DM link
from your home page on Twitter. Put in the person you want to
send the message to, then type your message, and hit the send
button.
