Hello Everyone, the issue sending email with error 554 has disappeared. I did fill out an online complaint yesterday but haven't received a response. I highly doubt they have done anything yet so I'm thinking that my issue was just a fluke. I plan on following up with a call to tech support even though I no longer have the issue. Hopefully this can be resolved for Jim and the others who are dealing with this issue long term.
