Hi Jim,
I'll put this solution on our site for reference.
Cheers,

Subject: [Braillenote] Error 544 fixed!

Hello listers. Today, AT&T sent my emails to HW Support regarding the problems sending email from the Apex. HW will Be sending a new wire about the fix but what it involves is capitolizing your name in the email settings area. You go in to the account you use, in my case I call it Jims email and his space until I get to my name. then I added cap signs to my name, not using the Cord U to capitolize the first letter, that didn€셳 work. I just added the braille dot 6 cap sign in front of my first and last name then hit cord to exit the settings menu and said yes to save the changes. After that, the Apex sends email as if the problem had never existed. Thank you AT&T and thank you HumanWare Support for fixing this most irritating problem. Jim Gammon
