Hi Jim, My philosophy with technology is that if I can't figure out why something happened the way it did, I don't even try to figure it out; I just know it worked, and if someone else has a similar problem, I can tell them *how* to fix it. I know some of you programmers on this list try to figure out why something happened with technology, and that's a good thing, but for us regular folks, all we need to know is how to fix it. Jim, I'm glad you got the problem resolved without having to go to the NFB!
