I'm now in the process of incorporating the suggestion to the
following questions in an upcoming article (to be published
before summer):
What problems (reproducible or not) did you have when using your
BrailleNote family and were there any solutions to those
problems? Or were there explanations as to how such and such
problems were caused? The problem could range from mismatched
settings, incorrect data inputs or other things you came across
while using KeySoft that, when published along with solutions and
explanations, could benefit other BN users around the world who
may need some reference materials on troubleshooting their units.
If you have any comments on the above questions, feel free to
send them to [email protected]. Please state the
model of your unit and under which model you've seen the problem
and which program you were using at that time (to be used for
categorizing various data). Thank you for your considerations.
