I have to thank you for this response. I am new to the Braille
note and didn't know of this option although I read the email
part of the manual several times. Maybe I just missed that part.
I am assuming you can use from to as a search option? Er I meant
to not from sorry.

Unfortunately, no. Filters or some type of automatic Email
organization have been talked about since the launch of the
BrailleNote in 2000, but nothing has appeared as of yet.
However, if you wanted, say, to find all Emails from the
BrailleNote
list, you could select the find command (SPACE with F on a BT
unit),
press S for subject, type [BrailleNote] and hit enter. The list
of
search results isn't all that versatile; for example, you can't
mark
all the search results at once, to delete them or move them
elsewhere.
But at least, you can see all the Emails with a specific keyword
in
the subject grouped together.
