Hi Michelle, in 10.12 of the user manual they describe how to create
another address list. It involves modifying or creating a .klt file
using Keyword with specific formatting conventions to specify the
types of fields you would like to have. Then you can specify which
address list to use by going into Keylist, choosing "Setup options"
and then "Select keylist file."

You could try using Keybase, the database manager, but I'm not sure if
the formatting is the same. Keybase definitely uses the same database
technology, but the files are named differently so you'll at least
have to rename them so that Keylist recognizes them. You might want to
stick to the procedure described in 10.12 to modify the address list
definition file, and save a copy of it so you can have multiple
address lists.
