Hi BN listers,
It has been brought to our attention that zip files does not unzip correctly when downloaded from the BN Users website due to an old problem that has been identified (it has happened before, but it has occurred again). Until further notice, please following these instructions: * For Media Center files: please download rather than stream the files. * For zip files on Program Library: please download and unzip them from a PC and copy the unzipped items to the BrailleNote. As for the recording of the phone version of last week's chat, it is being prepared for upload at the moment and will be availible by this week.
