Actually, I would be inclined to take a more optimistic view.
Ultimately, there are lots of things I wish the BrailleNote could
do that it can't, or things that I wish would be improved upon.
But when you get right down to it, I use my BrailleNote Apex
every day both for productivity and for pleasure, and I really
can't imagine using any other notetaker. I've always loved the
Keysoft interface for how plain easy and elegant it is to learn
and use and get things done, and I love the form factor of the
machine, particularly the crisp Braille cells and the thumb keys.
Just can't ever imagine switching to anything else.
