If you have a network kill switch I'd try using that to see if it clears it. I cannot explain why it is but sometimes that helps me here and I have an apex. Our isp is windstream at one house and I don't know what it is at the other maybe quest? lol

Subject: [Braillenote] Very strange connection issue.

Hello Everyone, I had a very strange issue connecting to the
internet tonight. I tried multiple times connecting my MPower
with my wireless card in the PCMCIA slot. I kept receiving error
11001. I think. Anyway, I did a regular reset as well as a
4-5-6. Still no change. The internet was working fine with all
other devices wired as well as wireless. I thought my card might
be going out so I tried my usb wireless card and when that didn't
work I tried my ethernet card. Again the same results. During
trying all of this I reset a few more times with no change.
After none of the above worked I tried dialup and was able to
connect. Confused?! Lol. Anyway, after successfully connecting
with dialup I tried again with the wireless card and it worked.
Any idea why something like this would happen?
Thanks.
Sincerely,
John
