Hi!
It appears the only reason they are still there is because they tell Keysoft what grade of braille the folder name is in. I find that when i get rid of them the foldername displays in computer letterl. That's all.

They are "Folder Name Files" created by Keysoft, used by Keysoft
to identify the folders.
Delete them if you want to.
