Hi all, I was using my PK yesterday morning to update some files I have on 
it so they would match the versions I have on my Apex. Because one is a QT 
and the other is a BT I was changing the information by hand. At one stage I 
lost the voice, which is a commen issue with the PK's so I exited out to the 
main menu, removed my CF card and did a C3 C4 reset. It went through the 
normal reset noises but after it mentioned the keysoft version it didn't go 
any further. It is showing on the display keysoft ce version 8. but I can't 
advance the display to get the rest of the version numbers. I have tried 
another C3 C4 reset and it did the same thing. I have tried powering it off 
with C1 C4 and back on with the same thing happening. So I powered off with 
C1 C4 over night and turned it back on today but it still only goes as far 
as the keysoft version. Today I have left it on for a few hours to see if 
anything will happen but the display still has the same message on it. I 
have had issues in the past with the flash drive not working but it will 
normally come up with the message "flash disk is not available" and I have a 
tool to reformat the flash drive but I'm not sure if this will help in this 
case.

I am hoping someone on this list will have some ideas how to fix this, I 
really want my PK to keep working.
