It looks like all of the valence electron fields are blank. I
thought that lithium was supposed to have one valence electron
but The valence electron field for lithium as well as a few
others I checked are blank. They are not only blank, They are
also missing.

http://www.braillenoteusers.info/utilities. It is a zip file
containing the kbs (definition file) and cdb (database file), so
unzip
it into keybase and it should work like any other database. If
