Hi Jack, Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, the BrailleNote can't extract text embedded in a PDF image. This is because a PDF image is considered an inaccessible PDF, and as Humanware described its PDF converter, it would have the ability to read and convert accessible PDF files; that is, a text PDF. However, there is a solution. Just save the original PDF image and send an email with the file attached to [email protected]. In your subject line, put in the file format you would like the file to be converted to, for example .doc. RoboBraille will then extract the text from the image and send it back within a few minutes.
Hope this helps, Chris -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jack Jones Sent: Wednesday, May 02, 2012 11:42 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Braillenote] PDF Converter Hi all!
