The bn products do not yet support IMAP, only POP3, so using the web interface is much easier. I usually use a combination of the website, my Mac's mail client, and my iPod's mail app (with the apex as a display) for managing my emails, since everything is IMAP and so syncs with everything else. Besides, I find keymail to be unstable and error-prone, so I use it only for sending messages, and even that is rare.
