There is not. An app called TypeInBraille will let you enter braille one row at a time (see the description for details), but it only works within the app, so you cannot use this as your default keyboard. Another app called BrailleTouch has been announced, but not yet released. This will let you type braille characters like normal. As with TypeInBraille, there is no way to use this as the default keyboard, so you will still have to open the app, copy the text you write, then paste it into what you wanted to write in. Again, though, this second app has not yet been released.
