How far back is it? Just one or 2 cells or more then that?

Thanks Joseph. This brings me to another query regarding cursor
positioning: often, I press one of the cursor routers, type
something and then find the cursor is not at the spot I thought
I'd routed it to, but further back. Is this just me not routing
the cursor properly or a bug with the APEX?

Thanks.

Michele

Hi,
It is a known problem linked to cursor position issue.
Generally, it is described thus:
Problem: During message composition, if you switch to another
KeySoft task and return to KeyMail to finish composing a message,
you'll find that you're at the top of the email body, not at the
cursor position you were in before. This affects any email body
regardless of whether signatures are used or not.
Solution: none at this time, although I'm sure HW is aware of
this problem.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Signature Appearing At Top of Emails

Hi listers. I have noticed that if I'm in the middle of writing
an email on the APEX and have to go into another application like
the address list or planner to look something up, when I come
back into the email, my signature appears at the top of the
email, just before the salutation, as well as at the bottom where
it should be. Is there a means by which this can be prevented?

Thanks.

Michele
