It can only be done on the apex. It is harder to do it on older bn models. Which one do you have so I can give you proper instructions?

How do you format the braillenote using the support information
mode?

Subject: [Braillenote] THANK YOU!

Hi. Thank you to everyone who helped me. The folder has now
been
deleted. I backed up everything on my flash disk including
system
folders so I would not lose my address list and stuff. Then I
went in to support information mode and formatted my apex. I had
to do that because none of the other suggestions would work.
Then
I copied the system folders back to the flash disk, reinstalled
my keysoft extensions and did a soft reset. It's ok though. I
did not lose any files that I did not want to lose. Also, my
apex
still runs the way it is supposed to. I did not mess anything
up.
Thanks again.
