Hi,
It is hidden because it's a clipboard file with no accidental modification intended. This file requires same procedure for opening it (by showing hidden files) as with the case with computer braille files. For the word copying workaround, I think there is a faster way than modifying clipboard store which works directly at a prompt: 1. Go to a prompt where you wish to paste a word (or words) from the dictionary, such as file open prompt. 2. When the prompt is displayed, go to dictionary/thesaurus (ENTER with lower D or ENTER with TH sign; QT would be CTRL with Shift with D for dictionary or CTRL with Shift with T) and look up a word. 3. When the word you are looking for has been found, open its definitions. Then press BACKSPACE with I to paste the word to the prompt itself. 4. At the prompt, you'll see the word from the dictionary proceeded by a grade two sign. Press SPACE with K to go to start of the text entry, BACKSPACE with DOTS 3-6 to delete grade sign and press BACKSPACE with K to copy the word (or words) to the clipboard. Thus, we've achieved clipboard file modification without having to open clipboard file itself.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] I figured out how to copy a word from the dictionaryto the clipbord

Hi. I got it! I figured out how to copy a word from the
dictionary to the clipboard. :) You go in to the none folder on
the flash disk and press space with x to get to the list of
hidden files. Then you open up the file called keysoft and delete
what ever is in there. Then you look up the word you want and
press enter to read its definition. Then you press backspace with i to insert the word in to the file. Then exit the file and there
you go. The word is in the clipboard and you can press backspace
with v to paste it in to file or folder name prompts and stuff.
You can also use this trick with the thesaurus. Do any of you
technical people out there know how to make that file on the none
folder of the flash disk called keysoft be not hidden? Thank you.
