Hi, everyone and welcome to our newest lister and congrats on the new
professional position. When a Humanware unit must be mailed for
repair, does Humanware offer Merchandise Return Service (MRS) and
Parcel Return Service (PRS)? These are methods whereby a company
provides labels and postage, as I understand it, so the package can be
