Hi,
Try:
1. Fully charge the battery - leave it for about four hours to
allow the battery to be fully charged.
2. Use the mPower on battery power until it turns itself off
(ignore "battery is low" and "battery is critical" messages).
3. Once the battery dies, connect it to the AC power and charge
it for about two to three hours to allow the battery meter to
update the gauge.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] mPower Battery Conditioning Problem
Hello,
I have a BrailleNote mPower BT 32 that is having trouble
reconditioning
it's battery. I try to recalibrate the battery, but it never
finishes
discharging or charging and goes through multiple cycle counts.
Another
thing is that it switches to trickle charging even before it
reaches 100
percent. I am at a loss of what to do now. Perhaps I need a new
power
adapter or maybe reinstall the system all together. Have any of
you had
this problem or know of a solution?
Looking forward to any ideas,
Van
