Hello list. The following is from HW Support and worked for me
when I last had to calibrate my batteries in a voicenote after
having them replaced by Batteries Plus, a much cheaper
alternative than HumanWare. Here is the procedure:
HumanWare Support said that to calibrate the batteries, do the
following. All cards must be out of the unit. Bluetooth must be
turned off. volume should be well above 20. Don't interrupt the
process or change the volume setting during the process. Follow
the procedure in options o chord i chord then r. That's it. Jim
