Hi. Sometimes I will be in the middle of writing a document in
keyword or surfing the web and the bn will come up with a message
that goes something like this. The application keysoft.exe has
encountered a serious error and must shut down. Then it does just
that. It shuts down and none of the buttons will work and the bn
won't talk to me. and the only way to turn it back on is to
reset the unit. and then I lose all changes I have made to my
document since the last time it was saved. I save lots to try to
prevent data los but still. I will get this application error
regardless of if I am connected to the internet or not. It always
happens with no warning and it happens quite often. It is very
annoying. What is going on here?
