I want to know if anyone on the list is using an Everest Embosser with their Apex (version 9.1). I am using the embosser with my computer with a USB to parallel cable. When I hook the cable up to the Apex I'm getting a message (device not recognized). I did not get any good suggestions from technical support at Humanware. Thank you for your suggestions.
