Hi. That dot s y s file has something to do with the creation, manipulation, etc, of folders in the email system. I'm not sure why it's in the dictionaries folder, but I definitely agree with you that it should logically appear in the keymail
folder. It's not there for some reason, and you definitely shouldn't get rid of it.
