You can, but it involves manually editing the m3u file to include the tracks you want. You cannot mark files in different locations and merge all the playlists together automatically, though inserting one playlist into the other with the block commands may work. Still, you have the very likely possibility that you will make one tiny error in typing and cause problems, but you can do it if you are determined.
