I think you have to do all that manually. As an alternative, you could
set up a gMail filter and send all messages on this list to a
different folder. That way you can look through them every so often.
Of course, that won't work on keymail as it has no imap support, but
it will work on the gMail website and (once you configure it) the mail
app on the iPhone. That said, using those two resources instead of
keymail will give you thread viewing, so all messages in a thread
(also called conversation) will show up in one, letting you open that
one to see the messages inside or just delete the whole thing at once.
