Hi Tom, Congratulations on getting your QT Apex!! I hope you find it useful! Now that you have a QT, my ability to help you has diminished because, as I told you in my previous email, I know next to nothing about QT commands. I'm very used to typing on a Qwerty keyboard; in fact, I'm doing it right now on my laptop computer. By the way, I'm so glad those little laptops were invented! I took it with me from Maryland down here to Florida, where I am right now, and found that it's wonderful for travelling when I don't have my BrailleNote with me! But I digress. Anyway, I'll try to help in any way I can, but don't worry; there's a lot of QT users here who can answer your questions. Good luck!

I just wanted to let the list know that my Braille Note Apex QT32 has arrived, so it will now be time for me to get back to work on mastering this great new technology. I will try to keep my questions to a minimum, but probably will need some help at various points along the way. Thus far, this list has been very friendly and helpful to me, and I truly appreciate that. Hopefully, some day, I'll be able to return the favors by helping others with their unique questions and concerns. P.S. Humanware gave me absolutely no problem as I exchanged my BT32 for the QT32. I did the exchange well within the required 30-day window, which helped, I'm sure. But their willingness to do the exchange without questions was still very nice to see. Sincerely, Dr. Tom Behler from Michigan ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender. If your reply would be useful to the list, please send a copy to the list as well.
