Yes. Bluetooth on the apex and iPhone are both on. I will try
powering down the phone and see if that helps. Thank you.

I'm assuming you have checked to ensure bluetooth is turned on on
the
Apex.
This will happen from time to time on the iPhone and you may
need to
power down completely and restart the phone for the Apex to be
re-discovered. This occasionally happens with voice-over and
braille
devices.

Hi. I told my iPhone to forget my apex. Then I did a 4-5-6 reset
on my apex and then put it in terminal mode and went in to the
settings on my iPhone and went in to braille to pare the apex to
the iPhone again. The Apex is not showing up in the phone's list
of braille devices. What am I doing wrong?
