Similar to Jessica's issue but different, I was getting the error 11001 message
when trying to receive emails. My ISP and phone company said things were fine
from their perspective. I was able to receive and send messages fine using an
I-phone as a hotspot. Could error 11001 mean the modem-router is on its last
legs. This issue occurs occasionally, things are working fine now.
