Actually, I believe Humanware staff are monitoring this list, at least. I seem to recall a post a few months back that came from a tech support team member who, instead of answering someone's question, or maybe it was a complaint, sort of
deflected the person's subject topic off somewhere and instead fiercely corrected that person about an issue that had been discussed on the phone earlier that day. Unfortunately, I didn't keep that message, but at the time, I remember, it shocked
me.
I remember thinking that that particular message should have been emailed to
the person who had answered the question directly, instead of being broadcast
to the whole list membership.
Anyway, I was led to believe from that post that there are unseen shadowy figures who in fact, at least from time to time, read our messages. I just wish they'd respond back on particularly difficult questions. I think we could learn from them,
and they could learn from us if we all sort of exchanged information as a community. My sense of reason tells me that this would be the best way for both sides to become aware of issues, comments, fixes, compliments, etc.
Anyhow, didn't mean to rant or ramble; I just wanted to get my thoughts out
there. Everyone have a good evening or morning or whatever time it is where
you are. Here in Texas it's late at night.
