Yeah just to clarify (for BT anyway) - go space with t, press h; then space with 1-3 and space with 4-6 takes you back or forward a heading respectively. I'm pretty sure it doesn't differentiate different levels of headings though

I was wondering if i can browse a web page by going to headings with different levels using Keyweb? So far, I haven't been able to figure out how to do this, or if Keyweb handles this sort of thing.
