Hi Jim
Maybe you already have an answer to your question, but here is
what I thought might work. Did you try to put the BN into
directory mode? To do this, go to the drive and the folder that
contains all of the music. If you are using a BT press space with
t (QT is control-t). You should see a list of the subfolders.
Press enter on the subfolder with the music you want to hear and
you should be all set.
Hope this helps. My brain seems a bit fuzzy, so if you have any
questions let me know.
Debby

Subject: [Braillenote] finding a folder on an SD card?
Hi list. I have a strange situation here where I can play music
from a folder on an SD card using my Victor Stream, but when I
put the same SD card in my Apex BT and go into the music
directory I can't find all of the subdirectories or folders there
and therefore cannot play all of the music using the Apex. How
is it that certain folders show up on the Stream and the PC, but
not the Apex? I even renamed the "invisible" folder again on the
PC but it still remains elusive on the Apex. Go figure! Any
suggestions as to why this may be? Jim
