Hi everyone, I sent an email to HumanWare about the Youtube problem. I hope to get a reply soon. I'll let you guys here on the list know when I get an answer. Also, slightly off-topic but the Google Talk program doesn't work on a laptop with a screenreader. Can you either suggest an equivalent for a laptop or give me the email to contact the people who I could talk to about this. Many thanks in advance. Kelsey
