Hi Camille, What problems are you having with your email account? For us to best help you, we will need Type of BrailleNote, BT, (Braille Keyboard) or QT, (Qwerty) and what do you do to create this problem/bug. Also what version of Keysoft? To find out some of this info, press space+I from the main menu if your using a BT.
