Hello everyone I have a few thoughts on the future of the
BrailleNote. Just like others I've had my frustrations with
Humanware. Just as Humanware is not perfect neither are their
customers. One time I was supposed to call Tech Support on a
Friday and I didn't call until Monday. I feel that Hw's
representatives are hard workers and they always try to help
their customers. Thanks Humanware for providing pdf support with
KeySoft 9.2. I'd love to bear your thoughts on the future of the
BrailleNote line of products.
