Hi,
Open the document again on the computer. The text will be there. Resave it to word 2003 format. I have the same problem as well. At first I thought it was my work disappearing, but I was told it was some kind of formatting issue.

if you mean the flash disk (like the bn's memory) go to File
Manager, Browse all files (I guess you use an Apex but if not
then directory).  Then find flash disk and press space with i.
