Hi all,
First, from the main menu, my BrailleNote Apex (a BT running
KS 9.2) has a tendency to jump straight to the internet, asking
me to input an address when I haven't done anything at all. Why
might this be happening?
Second, if I have used speech and then stopped using it, the
Apex makes a loud clicking noise every time I press a button and
sometimes starts to, well, hum. It stops when I cycle through
the various speech options by pressing space with the previous
thumb-key repeatedly, but I'm wondering what might be causing
this.
I'm going to be sending my Apex in this week for other
repairs, and I'd like to have HumanWare address these issues if
they can, but I'm not sure what exactly to tell them to do?
