I'm not sure about iBooks, that should be automatic. Try touching the
text of the book. Also, note that you'll have to "turn the page"
manually with the space-o command (space-2-4-6 goes back a page). That
command opens the options menu by default, so you need to press
enter-4-5-6 before space-o to tell keysoft to ignore the command.

For text fields, just double tap. This can be done by either pressing
space-3-6, or pressing a touch cursor key above the text of the field
name or any text already in the field. Note that a double tap on the
screen is the same thing as a single press of the cursor key or
space-3-6; just because you are issuing a double tap command does not
mean you need to hit the apex command twice.
